Suddenly Autumn
When I left the Shelter in the Garden this morning, I saw this.
So I went home and concocted an Autumn stew, styled after Colombian Ajiaco, except instead of chicken I used lamb; instead of potatoes, I used Jacob's Cattle beans and sweet potatoes. I love including little wheels of corn on the cob - that's from the original.
I'm going to have dinner, now.
